  Sanden International believes its employees are its greatest asset. Sanden provides its valuable employees with a comprehensive benefits package. Below is a list of the benefits enjoyed by our employees:
               
  Health Care Benefits:        
  All Medical and Dental benefits will become effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Premium for health insurance coverage is deducted before taxes. Sanden provides a cafeteria plan including medical PPO, Dental and Flexible Spending Account options for employee or employee and dependent coverage.
               
 
Disability Benefits:
       
 
Once employees become eligible, Sanden provides Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability coverage at no cost to our employees.
               
 
Survivors Benefits (Life/AD&D):
     
 
If you should die while a covered employee, your beneficiary will receive a death benefit equal to one times your annual salary to a maximum of $200,000. If your death is due to an accident, your life insurance amount is doubled.
               
 
Additional Life Insurance (Reliance Term Life):
   
 
Sanden has an additional OPTIONAL life insurance program available for employees to purchase coverage for themselves, their spouse and / or their children.
               
  Holidays:      
  Sanden currently has 9 paid holidays per year. (This includes 1 floating day.) Our current schedule is as follows: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
               
  Vacation:      
  The first calendar year (or partial year) of employment, vacation entitlement will be prorated from 0 to 10 days following your anniversary date.
               
 
2 - 6 Years 10 Working Days
7- 14 Years 15 Working Days
15 Years or More 20 Working Days
     
         
 

Sanden Retirement/Savings Plan (401K):

   
  Employees are eligible after age 21 and 3 months of service. Employees can enroll at the beginning of each business quarter following your third month of service.
         
 
  • Employees can contribute from 1 to 15% before taxes.
  • Sanden will match the 1st 4% with $.50 (fifty cents) for every dollar of employee contribution.
  • Plan is administered by Franklin Templeton and offers several investment options, ranging from conservative to aggressive.
  • Qualified withdrawals and loans are available from the plan.
  • Rollovers are accepted within 60 days of your receipt from previous qualified plan.
  Sanden Pension Plan:      
  The Pension Plan is funded fully by Sanden. You are 100% vested in the Plan after five years of continuous service. Each additional year of service provides greater benefit upon retirement.
               
  Educational Assistance Program:      
  Employees with one year of service may qualify for $2,000 per year toward approved courses related to their work. Allowance covers tuition, lab fees and books.
               
  Credit Union:    
  You can arrange to have payroll deductions made directly into savings program through Garland Credit Union or Texans Credit Union.
               
  Uniforms/Lockers:      
  Uniforms and lockers are assigned as appropriate and the costs associated are paid by Sanden.
               
  Employee Assistance Program:    
  Sanden provides an Employee Assistance Program that offers 3 free counseling visits per topic to help employees through difficult life or work circumstances. Additional counseling benefits can be obtained through the Sanden Medical Plan.
               
  Relocation:    
  Sanden may provide relocation assistance to certain candidates. Please inquire about this benefit during the application process.
               
  Career Development:
